Amount deducted from your account and not received by us will be credited to your account by Razor Pay as per their policy.
If you have made a payment for a course and you do not wish to attend that course, you can claim a refund by sending an email to us at immentialmind@gmail.com . Please note that 18% GST & 10% processing fee will be deducted from the payment given by you. You will get the refund after these statutory deductions.
If you want to reschedule your training in some other batch, it can be done only if there are other batches available at that time and place. But we need at least a 10 day’s prior intimation for this change.
If there are no chances of rescheduling, your money will be refunded after necessary deductions.
No refund or adjustment is possible after starting the Training batch.
You can’t claim a refund after 14 calendar days of your purchase.
Placement charges are to be paid within 30 calendar days after your joining, failing which your security cheque will be presented to your bank and you will bear the cheque return charges and other charges, if any.
